⦁ By completing checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
⦁ For reviews, the current turnaround is approximately 1 week from payment AND receipt of necessary documents.
⦁ For edits, the current turnaround is approximately 10 days from payment AND receipt of necessary documents.
⦁ For creations, the current turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from payment AND receipt of necessary documents.
⦁ By placing your order, you accept and understand the ETA for services. We would rather do it right and not rush with earlier deadlines.
⦁ The reviews and edits are not live/collaborative processes. There are no phone calls or video chats.
⦁ If requesting a review or edit, when the review or edits are sent back to you, the process is complete, and the product is final. There are no multiple drafts or revisions included.
⦁ All sales are final.
⦁ If you are not prepared to submit your documents at the time of purchase, we ask that you do not purchase services until you are ready. If you purchase a service and then delay submission, it creates a delay in our schedule.
⦁ Please be prepared to submit your documents at time of purchase.
⦁ You are responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying your documents’ accuracy before submitting them to job applications or networking. You are under no obligation to use any advice, suggestions, or documents provided by Development Decoded, and you choose to do so at your discretion.
⦁ Development Decoded does not guarantee success utilizing provided advice as hiring consists of many variables, including timing, location, industry, level of experience and even luck.
⦁ This service offers our opinion on what would be best for your search. You are under no obligation to use any information provided.
⦁ Hiring is highly subjective, and there is no one true “right” or “wrong” way to construct a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. While we would love for everyone to find a job after utilizing our services, it’s entirely possible that you won’t.
⦁ Development Decoded is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the advice/suggestions/documents given. If the buyer uses the provided advice/suggestions/documents, they do so at their own discretion.
⦁ Bookings for sessions/calls will only be made after full payment has been received and acknowledged by us.
⦁ Calls will need to be wrapped up at a maximum of 5 additional minutes above the hour – for only exceptional/necessary circumstances.
⦁ Failure to log on a call at the booked time without prior notice, does not automatically extend the booked session. Such as: an hour’s call booked for 5 pm will end at 6 pm sharp unless mutually agreed prior to the call in-case of delays or late starting times.
⦁ Failure to inform earlier than 12 hours for booking cancellations will disqualify you from being eligible for a refund.
⦁ Failure to show up for a booked session will disqualify you from being eligible for a refund.
⦁ All communication must strictly be kept over email or LinkedIn – except for exceptional circumstances on a needs-based criteria.
⦁ Exercises/homework/research assigned to you during a session must be completed and emailed to us prior to our next call. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booked session and a new paid session will need to be scheduled.
